VISTO:

El Expediente EE-2025-00026835-APPSF-PE de la Plataforma de Gestión Digital -PGD- “TIMBÓ”, y los acuerdos prestados por la Asamblea Legislativa, mediante Resoluciones Nos 1200, 1201, 1202 y 1203 de fecha 25 de Septiembre de 2025; por las cuales se aprueban las designaciones de Magistrados para las Circunscripciones Judiciales Nos 1 y 3, conforme la propuesta elevada por el Poder Ejecutivo mediante el Mensaje Nº 15 del año 2025; y
