12 companies took part of the Santa Fe delegation led by the Lieutenant Governor to the Gulfood fair. They showed their products and advanced on agreements with potential customers.

The provincial commercial and institutional mission to Dubai has produced positive results

In the context of a commercial and institutional mission of the Central Region to the United Arab Emirates, the provincial delegation led by Lieutenant Governor Carlos Fascendini accompanied 12 companies from Santa Fe to one of the most important food fairs worldwide: the Gulfood in Dubai.

At the end of the fair, the entrepreneurs made a positive assessment of their participation during a meeting convened by the Lieutenant-Governor. The Gulfood fair, which was held in Dubai, is a gateway to the Arab world's food market, as well as to the Middle East and Africa, and the companies from Santa Fe were able to present their products.
 
The Central Region mission, promoted by the Federal Investment Fund (CFI), was also made up of the Governors of Entre Ríos, Gustavo Bordet; and Cordoba, Juan Schiaretti. The Santa Fe delegation also included Minister of Economy Gonzalo Saglione; the Secretary of Industry, Added Value and innovation, Emiliano Pietropaolo; the Undersecretary of Foreign Trade, Carlos Braga; and the Provincial Director of International Cooperation and Integration, Cecilia Vanadia.

During the meeting, Fascendini and the entrepreneurs made a review of the actions that from the Government are underway to enhance the Santa Fe production, and encourage participation in international fairs. He also informed that in all the meetings with officials and authorities of the United Arab Emirates, they expressed the interest of deepening trade relations with Argentina.
 
In this regard, representatives of Ronald SRL company indicated, "It has been a very intense fair edition. There has been enough interest in our products and we could advance in the knowledge of our customers in the area.” "Another positive aspect is the interaction with the officials who accompanied the mission, we could notice the interest to know the problems that face the entrepreneurs, and to work together to solve these aspects in the Argentina".

On his part, Fausto Niable, from Molinos Juan Semino, stressed: "The balance is positive, we had many visits in the stands, we had many potential clients to work and keep in touch with. We also use our participation as a meeting point with our customers mainly from Asia. It is the gateway to the Middle East and Asia, which is where we aim to trade our products,"
he added.

The companies from Santa Fe that participated were Galpro SRL; Molinos Juan Semino; Ronalb; CORLASA - Argentine dairy products regional company; Agrouranga; and Andreoli. Also took part: Pop company; Agricultores federados Argentinos; Alberto L. Marchionni; Aceitera General Deheza S.A.; Agronegocios Jewell SRL; and Sofia Commodities.
