Santa Fe entrepreneurs presented their products to members of the Chamber of Legumes of India

It was in the context of a mission carried out in our country by a group of importers from that country. The goal is to increase Argentine exports and boost international trade.

Santa Fe entrepreneurs presented their products to members of the Chamber of Legumes of India

The Santa Fe Agency of Investments and International Trade “Santa Fe Global” organized rounds of business between producers of vegetables in the province and buyers, traders and importers of India. The event was held at the Palacio San Martín, headquarters of the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs, depending on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the city of Buenos Aires.
 
After the meeting, the Executive Director of the Agency, Débora Marini, pointed out that "businessmen had opportunity to present their products and explore future trade relations, exploring the needs and specifications of the importers, as black and color beans, chickpeas, peas and lentils".

The activity is part of a mission that is carrying out by members of the Chamber of Legumes of India (Indian Pulses and Grain Association) in Argentina, organized together with the Secretariat Agri-Industrial Markets of the nation. It aims to increase Argentine exports of pulses and promote the inclusion of small and medium-sized enterprises in international trade.
 
CHAMBER OF LEGUMES OF INDIA
The Chamber of Legumes of India has more than 400 members and associations, representing more than 10 thousand stakeholders in the country, besides, being the leading world importer of legumes with more than 5 million tons, followed by China with nearly a million tons and Pakistan with 700 thousand tons.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF SANTA FE GLOBAL IN BUENOS AIRES
The Santa Fe Global delegation, also met with the Governor of the State of Florida (United States), Rick Scott, who was accompanied by a delegation of 50 entrepreneurs in the areas of gas, renewable energy, and machinery, among others. Scott analyzed along with representatives of the Province of Santa Fe the possibility of a space for investment for these companies.

ATTENDANCE
The meeting brought together the Undersecretary of Foreign Trade and President of Santa Fe Global, Carlos Braga; the Member of the Santa Fe Agency of Investment and International Trade, Bernardo Piazzardi; who accompanied the companies from Santa Fe: Agro-Uranga, Ronalb and  Agronegocios Jewell.
