In Rosario, Governor Miguel Lifschitz received the former Minister of Justice of Spain, Francisco Caamaño Domínguez, appointed in February 2009 during the presidency of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.

"Being with a governor of a relevant province as Santa Fe has been a pleasure and we have exchanged experiences of the Spanish and Argentinean reality that continue to resemble so many things. We also discuss how the process of reform of the Constitution can be developed.

There was a sharing of knowledge from which I learned a great deal, because he is very familiar with reality, said Caamaño Domínguez.

The former minister is a Spanish politician, professor and lawyer. He is the author of the constitutional reform of the State of Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia and participated in the drafting of the statute of Catalonia.
