Moreover, they are part of its history, of its culture and of its entrepreneurial, transformative and creative potential that has been inherited from the Italians or other European migratory streams," said the governor.
"We believe that the 21st century offers us a great opportunity. Argentina is going through a process of integration into the world that we celebrate and share. It is time for intelligent integration in which we must strengthen our strengths and capacities. At that point I am sure that technical and economic cooperation, the relationship with the private sector and the state, the Italian public sector, open a huge opportunity for this affinity of productive models. "
"Santa Fe is a province with one of the most modern economic structures in Argentina, most competitive and diversified. Our great challenge at this juncture is to add value and that implies to incorporate technology and quality in the processes, to adapt better to be able to compete with the markets of the world. For that, cooperation and support with Italian companies can be very important," he concluded.
At the entrepreneurial level, there were representatives of 25 companies from Santa Fe, the delegation of Cofindustria Italy and Italian companies based in Argentina. The Santa Fe Stock Exchange, the Rosario Stock Exchange, the Regional Agrotechnical Center Venado Tuerto and the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Rosario, among others, also participated in the event.
