THE WORKS
The programme of works to solve the current obstacles is composed by four parts:
Duplication of roadway on the motorway RN A012 in its full range of travel.
Construction of a New Motorway which supplements RN 11 (from now on: RN 1V11), which links the A012 RN, RP 10, AP 01, RP 91, and accesses to terminals; in addition to all the accessories such as collectors and interchange road works.
Construction of an alternative to the RP 91, which links the AP 01 with 1V11 RN, and another alternative to RP 10 to get to the RN 1V11 avoiding going through the town of Aldao.
Paving of the access streets to the port terminals located in Timbúes and Puerto General San Martin.
It is stipulated that the projects for the dual-lane at the national route A012, which are currently in the stage of preparation, will be ready by mid-2017 to put them out to tender. The new road system that will replace the current RN11 will be put out to tender in 2018.
