An idea developed by the Government of the Province, through the Ministry of Culture, has revolutionised the Santafesino Sports Museum in Rosario. It is the "Messi Space", an exhibition that aims to pay homage to the captain of the Argentine national football team, recently two-time winner of the Copa América 2024.
The exhibition, which is located in the basement of the Museum, immerses the spectator in the world of emotions and achievements that defined the career of the world star, leaving an indelible mark in the history of sport.
The Museum is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 1pm (last admission at 12pm); and from 2pm to 7pm (last admission at 6pm); and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to 7pm (last admission at 6pm). Admission is free and by prior reservation at http://www.museodeldeportesf.gob.ar/entradas

The best in the world
The show contains a photographic spot that simulates the scene of the celebrations in Buenos Aires (with the players on a bus, sharing the celebrations); a personal diary where he tells with images and text key moments of his life and replicas of iconic jerseys of the national team: one with the Nº 15 used in the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008; another with the Nº 10, used in the final of the Copa America Brazil 2021; and the Nº 10 used in the final of the World Cup, Qatar 2022.

In addition, a golden ball and a golden boot, original trophies donated by Lionel Messi and a replica of the World Cup, among other relics, are exhibited.
The Santa Fe Sports Museum is located in Ayacucho 4800, in the southern area of the city of Rosario, very close to the place where the best footballer in the world spent part of his childhood.
