"Career Advisor": The province has developed a virtual assistant designed to help individuals in their employment search

This user-friendly app operates with an automated chat feature that’s accessible around the clock, every day of the year.

The aim is to provide personalised support to those seeking to enter or re-enter the world of work. All you need to do is start a conversation on WhatsApp at 3426313853 and begin interacting with the assistant.

As part of the implementation of public policies that promote access to employment and strengthen job development opportunities for the entire community, the Provincial Government, through the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security and the Secretariat for Digital Transformation Coordination, launched the "Job Advisor", a virtual assistant to help with job searches. It works through the WhatsApp instant messaging application and is designed to provide personalised support to people who are looking for work or want to improve their employment situation.

It is an easy-to-use, free tool accessible from a mobile device that works through an automated chat, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the aim of supporting those seeking to enter or re-enter the world of work, offering immediate, practical guidance tailored to everyone’s needs.

In this regard, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Roald Báscolo, highlighted the importance of working together and pointed out that "in a difficult labour context such as the one Argentina is currently experiencing - which also affects Santa Fe - we continue to develop tools to support people who are looking for new job opportunities. On this occasion, we are doing so through a simple, agile tool that is accessible to all Santa Fe residents".

For his part, the Secretary for Digital Transformation Coordination, Mauricio Basso, said that "technology is a fundamental ally in public management because it allows us to reach every Santa Fe resident with free, simple tools that are accessible to all, facilitating access to information and supporting decision-making. On this occasion, we have made progress with this resource, which is accessible and available to all citizens."

Meanwhile, the Secretary for Employment and Entrepreneurial Development, Hernán Franco, stressed that "Orientador Laboral responds to the demands we have been observing in people who are looking for work for the first time or who want a new job opportunity. That is why, from the Provincial Government, we want to accompany them in this process so that they can grow, develop and find real opportunities that meet their needs."

"Orientador Laboral" is designed as a permanent support tool, providing clear information and useful advice for each stage of the job search process.
