Over 30,000 Santa Fe residents have utilized the Job Guidance Service within a two-week period

The Provincial Government’s digital platform, accessible at no cost through WhatsApp on a 24/7 basis, has experienced significant adoption and is becoming a reliable resource for assisting job seekers.

Just two weeks after its launch, more than 30,000 users across the province have already used the Job Guide, the digital tool launched by the Government of Santa Fe to support the province’s residents in their job search.

The figures were presented on Tuesday by the provincial Secretaries for Employment and Entrepreneurial Development, Hernán Franco, and for Digital Transformation Coordination, Mauricio Basso, who highlighted the platform’s rapid impact on access to tools for entering the labour market.

In this context, Franco explained that it is “a tool that complements the set of policies we have been developing at the Secretariat for Employment to support job-seeking processes”. He also noted that 13,900 people used the job search option – which redirects users to job portals – 7,590 created their CVs and 5,760 improved their CVs. “The fact that it operates via WhatsApp allows us to broaden its reach and facilitate access,” he said.

A solution created through community-driven initiatives

The official emphasised that the development of the Career Guidance Tool responds to needs identified through grassroots work with businesses. “We were often told that the CVs they received needed improvement. This tool provides specific recommendations to make them more effective, with the advantage that it is available 24 hours a day, is free of charge and can be used from anywhere,” he said.

He added that the system includes guidance on training and advice for the first day at work. “It is a quick, effective and simple solution, designed to support the entire process of entering the labour market,” he stated.

For his part, Basso highlighted the coordinated work between different departments of the Provincial Government and emphasised that the tool addresses a specific need. “Through our work on the ground, we identified a demand and, in the current context of artificial intelligence, we found a solution that allows us to respond efficiently,” he said.

Technology at the service of the public

The Secretary for Digital Transformation Coordination also highlighted the positive response from users: “The more than 30,000 interactions were handled in a dynamic and intuitive manner, via a platform such as WhatsApp, which is part of everyday life. This shows that the public is ready to embrace this type of tool”.

In this vein, he linked the initiative to a broader public policy: “We can confirm that Governor Maximiliano Pullaro’s decision to incorporate technology to make life easier for citizens is already underway and yielding concrete results”.

“It is a policy decision backed by results. We are at the start of a path with great potential. Today, the State is closer than ever to the public,” he concluded.
