Winter 2026: Rosario Airport will enhance its connectivity by offering eight weekly flights to major destinations

Starting in July, Rosario International Airport will offer direct flights to Bariloche, Chapelco, and Puerto Iguazú, strengthening its role as a key hub in the region and boosting tourism and industry opportunities.

The airport is expanding its range of direct flight options to meet growing demand from tourists.

Rosario International Airport (AIR) is gearing up for the 2026 winter season by expanding its network: eight weekly flights to Bariloche, Chapelco and Puerto Iguazú, introducing new routes and strengthening the range of direct flights from the province.

As part of the strategy promoted by Governor Maximiliano Pullaro to restore and expand air connectivity, Santa Fe continues to position Rosario as a key hub in the country’s interior. The winter schedule reflects the coordinated efforts between the Province and commercial aviation operators, with the aim of creating more opportunities for tourism, production and regional mobility. “Connectivity is development: every new route added expands opportunities, generates economic activity and brings Santa Fe closer to new destinations. We are strengthening an airport with more activity, more options and a greater role,” said the Minister for Productive Development, Gustavo Puccini.

During the 2026 winter season, Rosario will have direct flights to Bariloche with four weekly services – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays – starting from 3 July. Two weekly flights to Chapelco will be added on Fridays and Sundays, from 3 July until 28 August. Meanwhile, Puerto Iguazú will have two weekly flights, on Thursdays and Sundays, from 9 July.

The addition of these destinations strengthens the domestic flight network at Rosario Airport, expanding travel options without the need for stopovers and meeting the tourist demand typical of the winter high season.

Increasing flight options and improving connections: enhancing the domestic network.
In line with the airport’s modernisation programme, the new schedule expands the range of tourist destinations available from Rosario and consolidates its growth as a regional hub. The addition of routes to Bariloche, Chapelco and Iguazú is part of a sustained policy of strengthening the airport, aimed at boosting tourism and revitalising the regional economy. “We are working to restore Rosario’s central role on Argentina’s commercial aviation map, with more routes, more frequencies and better conditions for both travellers and investors,” concluded Puccini.
